Researching LLMs, information retrieval and soft guardrails to design reliable, governed AI applications and advanced agentic workflows.
Hi, I'm Julie Pham and I am a product manager enthusiastic about turning AI capabilities into scalable, business-driven solutions.
My professional background is in Business and Product strategy and management, developed through my experience at Grab and Techcombank.
I led teams around making digital financial products, focusing on SMEs and individuals who are underserved by traditional financial services. I've led cross-functional teams to build shop-now-pay-later products for small business owners & cash loan products for drivers and small business owners from 0 to 1.
These experiences sparked my curiosity about how technology, data, and AI can further transform digital products.
That's why I spent a year pursuing a master’s degree in Information Management at KU Leuven, deepening my understanding of emerging technologies and preparing myself to grow into a product manager who can build digital solutions that bridge business needs with user impact.
Researching LLMs, information retrieval and soft guardrails to design reliable, governed AI applications and advanced agentic workflows.
Applying my expertise in domain modeling to translate ambiguous client needs into concrete, technically feasible, and scalable AI architectures.
Learning Dutch to better immerse myself in Belgian culture and communicate confidently in professional and personal situations.
